Follow this step-by-step guide to set up and safely operate your Stage Confetti Cannon.

General Safety Precautions

• Never aim the cannon directly at people.
  
  
• Maintain a safe distance from faces, lights, and overhead obstructions.
  
  

CO₂ Cartridge Handling

• Always keep cartridges secure until ready to load.
  
  
• CO₂ cartridges become extremely cold during use — handle with care.
  
  

Operator Supervision

• Only trained crew or responsible users should operate.
  
  
• Always fire upwards at an angle for maximum safety and effect.

Confetti or Streamers

1. Cut one end of the sleeve open.
   
   
2. Insert sleeve into barrel.
   
   
3. Method 1 (Drop): Hold barrel upright and drop contents in.
   
   
4. Method 2 (Slide): Pull sleeve out while sliding contents into barrel.
   
   
5. Remove the sleeve completely.
   
   

Compression Cap

1. Place the compression cap over the end of the barrel.
   
   
2. Wrap tightly with black compression tape around the cap and barrel.
   
   
3. Rub thumb along tape for airtight seal.
   
   
4. Cap + tape assembly holds consumables in place until firing.

1. Screw threaded CO₂ cartridge into trigger assembly.
   
   
2. Tighten securely to ensure the pin will pierce the cartridge.
   
   
3. CO₂ charge will release instantly when the trigger is pulled.

Positioning & Aiming

• Hold the barrel firmly in one hand.
  
  
• Aim upwards at a 45° angle toward the desired area.
  
  

Triggering

• Pull the ring trigger with a firm, straight motion.
  
  
• Cannon will fire instantly, releasing a burst of confetti or streamers.

• Stand ~10 feet from the coverage area.
  
  
• Confetti reaches 35 feet high, spreading wide as it falls.
  
  
• For maximum impact: use two cannons on opposite sides of the stage or audience area.

• Stand ~30 feet from the coverage area.
  
  
• Streamers soar 65 feet+, unfolding in a dramatic “V” pattern.
  
  
• For maximum effect: fire handheld cannons from both sides to cross streamers midair.

• No fire: Check CO₂ cartridge is fully threaded and pierced.
  
  
• Weak shot: Ensure compression cap seal is tight and cartridge is fresh.
  
  
• Uneven launch: Check consumables are loaded loosely (not packed).

• How far does it shoot? → Confetti 35 ft+, Streamers 65 ft+.
  
  
• Do I need power? → No, handheld stage cannons are CO₂ cartridge powered.
  
  
• Can I reuse the barrel? → Yes, simply reload with new consumables, cap, and cartridge.
