General Safety Precautions

• Never aim at people or animals — t-shirts launch with considerable force.
  
  
• Wear protective eyewear during use.

CO₂ Handling

• Use only a 5 lb CO₂ tank with high-pressure hose.
  
  
• Keep the tank away from heat and sunlight.

Operator Safety

Step 1: Secure the CO₂ Tank

• Place a 5 lb CO₂ tank into a backpack harness pouch.
  
  
• Tighten straps firmly for stability.
  
  

Step 2: Connect High-Pressure Hose

• One end has a trigger assembly; the other has brass CO₂ connection nut.
  
  

Step 3: Inspect CO₂ Nut

• Ensure white o-ring inside fitting is intact.
  
  

Step 4: Attach to CO₂ Tank

• Screw brass fitting onto tank valve (hand-tight).

Step 1: Lay Out Shirt

Flat on surface.

Step 2: Fold Sleeves

Fold both inward toward the center.

Step 3: Roll T-Shirt

Roll tightly from top (shoulders) downward into a cylinder.

Step 4: Secure with Rubber Bands

Use at least three bands to hold the roll tightly.

1. Insert rolled, rubber-banded t-shirt — do not force.

3. Depress trigger to release CO₂ and launch.
   
   
   • Short press = lower distance.
     
     
   • Longer press = stronger launch.
     
     
4. Experiment to find the best trigger duration for your venue.
