What Can You Return?

We accept returns for our professional confetti cannons. This includes:

• Professional handheld confetti cannons
• Electric confetti cannons
• Continuous confetti cannons
• T-shirt cannons

Our Simple Return Process

To ensure a smooth return, please follow these guidelines:

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from your purchase date to initiate a return.
• Condition: The item must be unused and in its original, resalable condition with all original packaging intact.
• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your return package.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund promptly to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

To maintain the quality and safety of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on the following:

• Disposable confetti cannons
• Disposable streamer cannons
• Powder cannons
• Custom color confetti mixes
• Custom color streamer mixes

Rental Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We understand that event plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our rental reservation and cancellation policy is designed with flexibility in mind:

• 30+ Days Notice: If you cancel your rental reservation with 30 or more days' notice prior to your event date, you will receive a full refund.
• 15-29 Days Notice: For cancellations made with 15 to 29 days' notice, a 50% refund will be issued.
• 1-14 Days Notice: Cancellations within 1 to 14 days' notice of your event are non-refundable.
• After Shipment: Once a rental item has been shipped, no refund can be issued for cancellation.
