How long do I have to return my order?

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unused, in resalable condition, and include all original packaging and components.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable, insured carrier to ensure your package arrives safely back to us.

Which products can I return?

You can return professional confetti cannons and accessories, including handheld, electric, continuous-flow, and T-shirt cannons — as long as they are unused and safely packaged.

Disposable, powder, and custom-color products can’t be returned due to their one-time or personalized nature.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Can I cancel or change a rental reservation?

• 15–29 Days’ Notice: 50 % refund
• 1–14 Days’ Notice: Non-refundable
• After Shipment: No refunds once rental items have shipped
