Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $99 within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). All professional confetti cannon purchases and rentals include free UPS Ground shipping, plus prepaid return labels for rental returns.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Yes — we do! Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are calculated separately. Please contact us for a quote before ordering so we can ensure accurate delivery estimates.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2 PM EST (Monday–Friday) usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

We ship exclusively through UPS for reliable, trackable delivery. You can choose from multiple speeds — Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, or Ground — based on your event timeline and budget. *Note: Orders with CO₂ cartridges ship ground only.

How can I check my shipping cost before checkout?

Simply add your items to the cart, enter your shipping address, and select a delivery speed. The system automatically calculates and displays your shipping cost before payment.
