Your T-Shirt Cannon package includes:

  • A comfortable backpack harness for secure handling.
  • A powerful 5lb CO2 tank (empty for rentals).
  • A flexible hose with an integrated trigger assembly.
  • A sleek barrel with quick-connect fittings for rapid setup.

Important Note for Rental Cannons: Due to shipping regulations, our rental cannons are shipped with empty CO2 tanks. You will need to fill the tank yourself. Filling is a quick and easy process at your local gas supply store or welding shop.

Assembling Your T-Shirt Cannon

Follow these steps to assemble your t-shirt cannon quickly and safely:

  1. Secure the CO2 Tank: Place the filled CO2 tank into the backpack harness and strap it in securely.
  2. Attach the Hose: Connect the brass fitting on the hose to the CO2 tank. Ensure the small white plastic o-ring is correctly seated in the fitting.
  3. Tighten Connections: Hand-tighten the brass fitting, then use a crescent wrench to give it an additional quarter-turn to ensure a secure, leak-free connection.
  4. Connect the Barrel: Slide the barrel's quick-connect fitting into the trigger assembly's quick-connect fitting.
  5. Lock the Barrel: Pull both metal arms on the sides of the quick-connect fitting all the way towards you to fully lock the barrel in place.
  6. Attach Safety Cable: Fasten the safety cable from the trigger assembly to the barrel. This is an important safety measure.
  7. Charge the System: Slowly open the valve on the CO2 tank. You will hear a brief hiss as the system pressurizes. Your cannon is now armed and ready for use!

  1. Lay Flat: Lay the t-shirt flat with arms extended wide.
  2. Fold Arms: Fold the t-shirt arms into the center.
  3. Roll Tightly: Begin rolling the t-shirt tightly from the top (neck) to the bottom (hem).
  4. Secure with Bands: Use three rubber bands to secure the rolled t-shirt: one in the middle, and one on each end.
Lay T-shirt flat.
Fold the arms of the T-Shirt into the center.
Roll the T-Shirt from the top to the bottom.
Place 3 rubber bands onto the T-Shirt.

  1. Suit Up: Put on the backpack harness, ensuring your arms are comfortably through the straps.
  2. Secure Waist Strap: Fasten the waist strap for a stable and comfortable fit.
  3. Load Barrel: Slide the tightly rolled t-shirt into the barrel. A slight twisting motion can help it slide in easily.
  4. Aim Safely: Stand firm and always point the barrel upwards and away from people, buildings, or any obstructions.
  5. Fire! Pull the trigger firmly to launch the t-shirt. Watch it soar!

Pro Tips for Maximum Fun & Performance

  • Distance Control: For maximum distance, ensure your t-shirt is rolled very tightly and use all three rubber bands.
  • Closer Shots: If you want t-shirts to land closer, you can skip one or two rubber bands, or use a slightly looser roll.
  • Tighter Roll, Further Flight: The tighter you roll the shirt, the further it will fly.
